In addition to aiming to be a leader in teaching and research, the Department of Computer Engineering has another objective which is to promote a transfer of knowledge and computer technology to local community. Well-qualified staff of the Department have serviced the community by providing advice to interested parties per request, organizing workshops in the area of Computer Engineering, providing web hosting service and offering software development.
